Dutch MPs ticked off for Twittering

Though some of us MPs multi-task and Twitter in the Parliament, our counterparts in the Netherlands see it differently.

According to Reuters, Gerdi Verbeet, president of the Dutch house of representatives, ticked off some MPs, saying they should concentrate on debates and not be writing messages online.

Among the Dutch politicians who actively tweet includes Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen.
