One plaintiff less for Rocky's Bru.

Rocky used to face 5 plaintiffs in the NSTP suit against him.

One down: Plaintiff ( 5 ) Brenden John a/l John Pereira had long left NSTP.

Two down: Plaintiff ( 4 ) Syed Faisal Albar Syed A.R. Albar is about to leave NSTP.

In a way, it's now Rocky vs. NSTP and 2 Others -- Kalimullah Masheerul Hassan and Hishamuddin Aun.

But it ain't over till it's over for WALK WITH US.
