UPDATES... As at 08:00hr...

Donations received from Screenshots readers:
1 ) Maybank2U: RM93,617.79
2 ) PayPal: US$5,984.97 net after handling fee (roughly RM19,151.90).

With the latest tally of about RM113,000.00 in total, that's about 113% of the target for this online campaign, i.e. to raise RM100,000 from readers of this blog. Thank you very much.

I have started to mobilise the fund for the JEFF 4 MALAYSIA campaign and to fund some of the Penang DAP's campaign expenses. I want to see more DAP candidates cross the line to win!

113. Nice number. Everyday alive!

Congrats on raising that much for campaigning! This is a simply gesture of how mucht the ppl want you in the parliament! All the best mate!

Jeff

If you have some to spare, it will be a good idea to give some for Chegubard (Badrul Hisham Shaharin), the PKR candidate in Rembau, N. Sembilan to take on the UMNO-machine which is supporting the SON IN LAW.

I think many of your generous donors would not mind to fund the campaign to ensure that the SON IN LAW is defeated.

First of all, the SON IN LAW called us bloggers all monkeys and we should stick living in the jungle.

How about sending the son in law into the jungle too after this election by making sure that Chegubard wins the seat in Rembau.

We all want to see that, don't we?

Just a thought.

Jeff,
I am extremely happy to hear that you have exceeded your monetary target. In addition, I am glad to know that you are spreading the wealth around.

A word of thought. Perhaps, for the sake of transparency, you could display your accounts somewhere on this blog. That way, it will re-assure the donors that the money has been well spent. After all, you want to differentiate yourself from the folks from the OTHER side.

JEFF OOI says: Yes, I will do just that so that you guys can force the BN candidates to do the same after the campaign.

Jeff:
Congratulations for hitting target. I'm from working at Penang but vote at Batu Bakar, Kedah. However there is no DAP candidates in Batu Bakar, Kedah. So my votes goes to Parti Keadilan.

I've been followed a few DAP campaign at Penang. Coz I want CHANGE!

Trust me, I just hope ALL DAP CANDIDATES WIN in 2008 General Election.

GOOD LUCK!!!

ps: pls pass a message to Teresa Kok that I support her all the time. thx.

I fully support the idea of supporting Chegubard. The last few years have seen changes in direction towards more racial issues and the main instigator is KJ as he has no grassroot base. He insunated the Chineses of taking advantage of a weak Umno, he insinuated in the last Umno GA that we are the ones benfitting from the oil subsidies by driving big cars while malays are driving kap chai. Just look his entourage of 4WD to Rembau, he is the one benefitting the most . You can also read about another beneficairy in the Star interview few days ago in Kota Damansara, arriving in big SUVs.

This country dont need this PM and his SIL as they have divided the races in only 4 years. Can you imagine giving them another 5 years? Me and most of family members, relatives are all out for Opposition and so are all the professianals I speak too. The wind of change is coming, I can feel it, Lets make it happen for a better Malaysia for all Malaysians.

Noble thought of yours to share the excessive fund with your fellow comrades. I strongly agree with that. I've been donating to several candidates apart from DAP Central because I don't know if money from the DAP Central is going to be channelled to individual candidates.

surfing thru some other candidate's blogs, looks like they really need some help!

Ng Wei Aik (N.28 Komtar) http://nweiaik.blogspot.com/

and

Ong Boon Piow (N.26 Tebing Tinggi) http://ongboonpiow.blogspot.com/

Anyone else wants to highlight other's who need help?? Let's get more Opposition guys elected!!
