Companies Commission's prosecutor Azmil Haron told magistrate Fadzilatul Isma Ahmad Refngah that he had been instructed to withdraw the charges against the two companies and its directors.
WTF. Is that mean I can cheat and steal as long I have some "big brother" taking care of me to drop the charges ? It seems so in Bolehland.

What laws are we having in this country??
Isn't it obvious that Datuk Z is above the law? All charges are dropped...WHY?? They don't even bother to come out with proper reasons (or at least cook some).
It just goes on to show how powderful this Datuk Z is.
MALAYSIA SEMUA-NYA BOLEH!

I am so disgusted. They didn't even bother to show up to hear their case. Its just seems so obvious they know what the outcome would be already. Yes, Truly Malaysia.

'Companies Commission's prosecutor Azmil Haron told magistrate Fadzilatul Isma Ahmad Refngah that he had been instructed to withdraw the charges against the two companies and its directors.'
Surprise? Actually the government must be lauded for consistencies in their actions.
E.g. Complaints and reports have been made against cabinet members, the IGP, MPs etc. They all have been cleared.
That, everyone, is their 'due process of law'

For whatever reason the Commission may want to cook up for the withdrawal, the rakyat must only remember this as a clear case of double standards, official and explicit anointment of corruption and cronyism, and creation of precedent for similar future cases.
In that case all previous understandings if any regarding the integrity and promises of the incumbent PM and his administration and political party are ...cancelled.
But precedents work both ways. Shall it now mean that all malaysians who are summoned to appear in courts need not do so anymore?
The rakyat are stumped. What would be the clarification henceforth?

The PM thinks that by saving Zakaria's skin he will win some supporters in Klang. He missed the point that he will lose many more all over Malaysia.
This is why people think that even crime pays in this country.

In the good old days the sultans were above the law. the politicians reversed that and made the sultans accountable and the politicians untouchable.

This is so sickening!
All the talk of Fighting Corruption, Fairness to All Malaysians - how can they say all these without blinking??
Have they no shame? What is our "beloved" PM going to do about this??
I can't wait for Election Day!!

Outrageous. ALL 37 CHARGES DROPPED!? Vindicated? I think not, not when corruption is galore in this country of 'Everything Also Can'.

In Bolehland the impossible can happen.
Look at the PKFZ fiasco with all the evidences against the PKA, the Boleh government can still twist and turn the story.
What else can the Bodowi government cannot do?
At the rate things are going Mahathir's VISION 2020 will turn to DISASTER 2020.

Give the Zakaria some benefits of doubt.
Perhaps he has settled the fines and filed all the necessary documents before the hearing date.
It is only the poor Companies Commission's prosecutor not fully informed of the changes.

"Actions speak louder than words".
Guess what this letting-off of Zakaria is shouting in my ears?
Guess which message I will hear and remember when it comes to the coming General Elections, even when there is a flood of sweet promises blared out by BN?

I wonder what they are thinking? Does this event not give you a feeling of despair?
Dreams, hopes and expectations just flying out of the window. There is CEO and COE, in this case COE (CLOSE ONE EYE)!

Observer:
Now Zakaria has my admiration!...Who has he got by the balls?
========================
Very acute observation on this. This crossed my mind.
We must continue to dig further and deeper.
He by being a small fish can command such powers is really interesting.
Is there something more beneath the surface?
Something more sinister which we've yet to discover?
More roads leading to Putrajaya?
Am not surprised.
