SMS Scam: Nextnation & MacroKiosk cited for non-compliance, again!

In the recently updated list of non-compliance issued by MCMC, the two big names in repeat offenders -- Nextnation and MacroKiosk -- are cited, again, for offences perpetrated in April through June 2007!

Nextnation was cited for breaching on the termination of subscription service involving short code 32966.

On the other hand, MacroKiosk was cited for failing to perform rectification involving short code 32300.

The earlier, outdated list of non-compliance is available here for comparison.

We demand to know why MCMC hasn't revoked the ASP licenses of such repeat offenders?

Where there is monthly free rental income to be collected, who would be in the right mind to revoke the licensing?

we should remind everybody else to check up their bills in details to avoid being cheated.

INTERNET does not operate in a legal vacuum.
