Nat: 4 days' remand over alleged violation of OSA
A source from Parti KeAdilan Rakyat reported the following at 15:32hr today:
Mahkamah majistret Kuala Lumpur petang tadi putuskan Nathaniel Tan direman selama 4 hari di bawah Seksyen 8 OSA atas tuduhan memiliki dokumen menuduh Johari Baharum terlibar rasuah.The Kuala Lumpur magistrate court today ordered that Nathaniel Tan be remanded for 4 days under Section 8 of the Official Secret Act (OSA) over allegation of possession of documents pertaining to Johari Baharum's alleged involvement in corruption.
The source close to PKR's legal team said Police had initially tried to obtain a 14-day remand order.
Observers are now trying to piece together whether it has been a Police initiative or a Johari one?

It seems that the offending post was dated Dec 22 06 pertaining to accusations against Johari RM5 million bribe (at the comment section in which he provided the link to the OSA details of the 3 kingpins).
He is now flexing his muscles and power asking for his “pound of flesh”. If he can accused the IGP of the bribes charges, what is there to stop him to “punish” those spreading the lies in the websites.
Interalia, the Tian’s doctored photo’s was the breaking straw. It seems his involvement with FFF was also looked into. More details at:

so this johari chap, upon getting a clean bill of health by the ACA, attacked the IGP and NAT. A war on two fronts. Didn't he learn from the Nazis that this is suicidal?
Little napolean like him should be removed from office for disgrace and misuse of office previleges.
