WALK WITH US... Jalan Duta now
Tomorrow, my lawyers and I will walk to the Jalan Duta High Court -- no longer in Wisma Denmark -- to resume the hearing in chambers of the defamation suit The NSTP and Three Others hurled against me.
For the record, the plaintiffs amended their Statement of Claims in February after I had applied to have the suit struck out in January. My lawyers had called the plaintiffs' original claims, served via Messrs Shearn Delamore, FATALLY DEFICIENT.
Tomorrow, we will tell the court our position pertaining to my application to strike out the suit and to set aside the ex-parte injunction against me in response to the original (January) Statement of Claims, which has yet to be disposed off.
