Shell guzzles up ProJet

The ProJet brand will be no more come year-end.

Royal Dutch Shell yesterday signed an agreement with ConocoPhillips to acquire 100% of Conoco Jet (M) Sdn Bhd, which operates ProJet retail marketing assets in Malaysia.

All ProJet stations will be progressively re-branded as Shell within six months of the handover.

Conoco Jet, a wholly owned unit of ConocoPhillips, owns 44 ProJet branded retail service stations and 14 vacant land mainly in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Johor.
