Don't see me in court!
This is to inform friends and bloggers who have been following the defamation suits closely. I WILL NOT be present at the High Court when proceedings continue at 9am this Tuesday, March 6.
My applications to strike out the defamation suit, and to set aside the ex-parte injunction, was scheduled for mention this Tuesday. However, my lawyers have since been served amended Statement of Claims from the plaintiffs' lawyers shortly before the Lunar New Year. My lawyers are looking into it right now. They will issue a statement in due course.
Besides, the hearing will be in chambers, my presence in court is not significant at this stage. Instead, I will be shooting at large as spring has dawned.
I heard some bloggers have chatted up Rocky for another round of mee rebus. But did you also hear of another blogger is close to being sued by a corporate titan not related to our cases?
