theSun missed it!
Now that Razak Baginda has been officially charged for involvement in the gruesome murder of the Mongolian woman, free-of-charge paper theSun, which criticised its peers for violating media ethics by publishing the think-tank analyst's name and photo prematurely -- and in one bold stroke vilified ALL bloggers for the same crime its peers did -- has finally named the man and showed his face, errr... using borrowed assets.

It must have been a rest day for theSun's photojournalists-- they missed the pictures! The pictures used on today's frontpage are borrowed from Utusan Malaysia and Sin Chew Daily.
And Utusan is one of the papers that went with Razak's name and frontal photo before he was charged!
Chiefphotog Raj Kumar must have screamed: Holy Cow!
But then again, didn'tmany other papers also missed the shot and had to borrow from Utusan like what theSun did?

The analyst wife was reported to say: “He is a good man. He is not the Prime Minister of this country. He doesn’t want to be one” What was she trying to imply? And Foreign Minister was quick to announce “swift action by Malaysian authorities” to wrap up the case in 3 weeks. If only the ACA can repeat such feats! Check out the details and more pics at:-

xxxxxGATE?
Authorities are VERY EFFICIENT in this instance.
Much easier to close case than nabbing all the other swimming big fish in the cab*net tank.
Also much easier to nab than all those snatch thiefs who literally robs and murders.
Malaysia Boleh!
ACA Boleh!

the wife said: "I want to sit next to this policeman. If we cannot trust them, then who can we trust?" as hysterical as that may sound its a glaring factor not just for this case but for the entire fascist machinery that has become a mandatory requirement for this society.

Come on guys, the Polis is really doing their job and we should give them the credit for doing so and applaud them for a good job. Looks like they have lived up to their motto of 'without fear or favour'..this time. If Razak is quilty, he would get what he deserves but the case is only the begining and he should be treated as 'innocent until proven quilty'. Let's see how the Polis handles and presents the evidence in court. The nation will be watching....

His lawyer is Mohd Shafee and we all know how "good" he is. If he can get that gangster out of Simpang Renggam, when people on the street knew about his triad's activities, I am sure Shafee will come out with his defense or compromise. I just hope the truth will come out in the trial and not the 2 policemen to carry the burden. They are probably just paid or ordered to do the killing (if the evidence is there) and has no motives whasover. The truth should be the motive and rationale. Let this be a lesson to all, whether the women or married men who want to try fooling around.

Let's just pray that Augustine Paul's not the judge. If not, he'll say "irrelevant" even before the defence counsel stands up.
but i'd rather have a paper that is late in delivering the news, instead of those handing out wrong news and info.
however, it should be noted that late news was what caused someone to lose his presidency. Al Gore, of course.

Streetz,
The version at Malaysian bar is from the Sun, whose Reporter DID NOT follow the lawyer into magistrate Court room 8; I mentioned the STAR’s quote above and NST quote is
“He is not out to become the prime minister. Why are they doing this to him?”. Read it at
http://powerpresent.blogspot.com/2006/11/more-pics-part-3murdered-mongolian.html
and also pics of the Buddhist rites at the crime scene today to appease Altantuya's spirits

Anyone can still recall "Black Eye Prisoner"? That prisoner was alleged for plotting to topple the incumbent premier at that time. Now, the puzzle is.. which guy now wanna try to reach the sama feat???

just another point to ponder....
some newspapers reported that the victim has converted to Muslim with the name of Aminah...
why is Buddhist monk being called to do prayer on the site?
why aren't the JAIS people fighting to claim the body (bones) for proper religious burial?
with so many loose ends...one wonder whether there is ACTUALLY A MURDER or just a BORAT show...
