Prayers
Last night, some 700 Malaysians from the country's three major races -- Malays, Chinese and Indians -- turned up at the Grand Seasons Hotel near Umno HQ in KL to offer prayers for the speedy recovery of former PM Dr Mahathir.
None of the incumbent Umno leaders was sighted, says Oriental Daily News on its frontpage.
Comments
Wish these groups can also put in a prayer or two for the speedy recovery of our beloved country as well.
Get well soon Tun.

We give our prayers in our own religious way and do not assumed otherwise!
JEFF OOI says: The question is: Did you look beyond political differences to pray for wellbeing of a Malaysian statesman? I am glad that this prayer with a good hajat was shared last night among peopleof different races in Malaysia. That's being broad-minded to say the least.

TV 3 said "about 1500" people attended, and Malaysiakini says 200.
Screenshots says it's 700.
JEFF OOI says:You didn't read correctly. The number was quoted from Oriental Daily News, as I have stated.
Wonder how many were there.

The question is why wasn't Tun given the same treatment when he was PM? Why now? Hmmmmm.......

Hey, I know a Muslim guy who can write script in Jawi word and he said, just flush it with water and drink it. It will cure the sickness. You only tell him the sickness and he will write accordingly.
Believe it or not? He probably can help Tun.

the government teach us not to 'kacang lupakan kulit' but now.....everyone in the UMNO meeting jus 'shoot' him. a very kurang ajar thing, you cant hit your own father even if he did something wrong. something wrong in malaysia...place is great but the ppl......
no matter what happens, i will always support Dr. M. he is the one and the best PM i've met!!

Considering the fact that Tun Mahathir was the only PM I've met (twice, 3 years in between) and actually remembered who I was, and I couldn't even recall what I was doing a few hours before. Bloody elephant-like memory. Hahaha!!
I pray that he'll start writing again soon, and stay well for the next few years, when we have another general election.

When you think of power you think of, say, nuclear energy, or solar energy - but POWER is the creative energy within men's MINDS that allows them to use such powers, such energies, and such forces. And prayers do help; the collective energies and the sending of telepathic thoughts to he recipient. But the papers do not report this prayer session, NOT EVEN in Jeff Ooi’s NEWS PORTAL (a collection of 4, under beta?) at

Depending on how frequent the news are updated, They might be staled for 24 hours. For the latest & pics: TWO Policemen Charged with Murder of Altantuya, get the details from:
