May all make this an aspiration from today onwards. When more and more have the same aspiration, the momentum shall be gained and peace prevail as an end result. Until then, I wonder, what is needed to trigger the human mind to be on the path of wisdom?

In this International Day of peace it is pointless issuing statements when you are not full and light with thoughts of PEACE.
It is more important that you pay attention to what you do and you pay attention to your emotional communications and to your translations of thoughts, but within our world most individuals do not.
Very unfortunately we equate aggression with strength and we are afraid to elect a peaceful man. And all the other countries feel the same and follow suit and are afraid to put into power, by whatever means, peaceful men as leaders. Check other refreshing thoughts of

I wish and pray for world peace, peace for humanity.I also know that it not easy at all.
The path itself is simple i.e. when we look at another human being, we must see him or her as just that, not black, white, yellow, brown, not as Christian, Muslim, Budhist, Hindu, athiest etc.Religious and racial differences and hatred coming out of extremists minds spread and sold to credulous and simple people, supported by governments and extremists groups is turning the whole upside down.
It is my view that vested interests, extremist politicians and religious fanatics are behind the frightening situation and division amonf socieries and peoples.
All people are equal, all religions and their gods teach and preach noble values, no religion, people or nation are superior and greater.
The differences are in our closed minds. If only we all, I mean, the peoples of the world care for each other and wish no harm to each other, we can have world peace,we can eleviate poverty of millions and millions from the African,Asian and South American continents by diverting the resources now used for wars, terrorisom etc etc.
Will such a day come,I wonder.I am certain there are millions and millions all over the world as I do.
The ordinary folks like me can only pray for a peaceful world on this day.
Good luck, world.
