Top Cat back in currency
With Tajudin Ramli's expose on how he was 'forced' to do his national service to save Bank Negara in the aftermath of multi-billion foreign exchange debacle, Top Cat, the man behind the forex debacle, is now back in currency.
This is what P. Gunasegaram wrote about him in January 2004.

Folks
The top cat's name starts with "N".
Is he our candidate for the next PM after Pak Lah?

It's clear that the finance debacle meant here is the Finance Minister II. I don't think he's in line after AAB.

So Tan Sri Nor Mohamed Yakcop was one of the brains who managed to throw away about 15-20 billion RM for Malaysians.
I am glad that he did put that excellent experience into good use to contribute to the implementation of currency control,I hope he did redeem himself.
