Screenshots reader Vijayan spotted a strange story on Berita Harian's website early this morning.

The headline is: Pemilik kilang kimia berlaku letupan akan didakwa

However, the story carries a list of some 880 trinket projects under the 9MP, with a total worth of RM15 billion, announced for tender by the PM's Office yesterday. See PDF evidence here.
