'Elegant Silence' & OSA
Syed Hamid Albar, the Foreign Affairs Minister caught in the eye of storm over the controversy of Malaysia's 'voluntary offers of sand and airspace' to Singapore related to the cancelled half-bridge project, went public by saying that some confidential documents may be declassified to set the record straight.
Let's hope 'Elegant Silence' will not follow because the Official Secret Act (OSA) can be conveniently invoked. We have had one bad bluff too many in the past.

Declassifying confidential matters now, eh? More transparent? But which one? How about this one?
Source.
