Dr. M is still overseas recoving from the shock waves continously being sparked by AB. He is probably seriously planning his next assult on AB from the serene cool foreign soil. Malaysia appears to be too hot and ungrateful.

TV3 showed a letter during news a day after TGB passed away. It said he is overseas and conveys his condolences.

the funny thing is that...Semi Value says that the reason there was not an open tender for the CIQ is becos all the Gerbang Perdana workers are already there..and they had almost built 30% of the construction...so right now...they just need to reuse the things over there..and continue with the new construction..

IF THIS IS SO...WHY DO WE STILL NEED TO PAY THE RM100 million compensation??? ..the people are asking...!!!

I can confirm that he was in London when TGB's death occurred.

Me ,part of the people would also like to know from Tun M if Gerbang whatever bridge contract was awarded thru an open tender and if so what previous bridge building reference if any.Who IS Gerbang P and ..deepest condolences to Tun G family on his passing away !.....sorry if I hijacked the issue ....

He will be back in early MAY.

It is a pre-arranged visit on invitations by head of states and certain organisation.

During TUn Ghaffar demise he was not in the country.

His condolences was aired in TV3 Bulletin Utama.

We will definitely hear frm him as soon as he return frm the trip, especially so in regards to the cancelled bridge.

I am most definately not an admirer of Dr M.

But whatever his shortcomings may be, I think that if at all possible, he would have paid his last respects to Tun Ghafar.

So while some may ask, and there may be some speculation as to why he was not around, I think Dr M has his valid reasons.

As Muslim we have to bury the demise within "5 waktu" So even TM be back also I think he cannot make it for the funeral.

Tun is very busy man.

He spent most of his time overseas, giving talk and even to give advise.

Last week he was invited by Iranian President(according to reliable sources), that is the time when TUN GHaffar passed away.

But if watch Tamrin press statement, he did gave his Terima Kasih to Yang Amat Berbahagia TUn DR Mahathir, in his speech.

Tamrin won't say this for nothing guys.

I believe he was overseas.. otherwise he would have gone. I waited all day and watch the telecast hoping to see if Dr M would be there.. So, I guess he must be somewhere else far away. I miss that part on TV3 where they announced Dr M was overseas... adakah? sorry-lar, I missed it.
