Streamyx contractor, a Malappan's boy, called yesterday to tell me that he has escalated the problem back to TM Net NOC. Network problem it was.
I tried Jaring dial-up (45.2kbps) this morning. Request time-out through Telekom USJ Exchange persists.
Sudah lima hari oh. Geramnya.
UPDATES: The culprit is a Marconi equipment. The supplier has been kicked in the butt for failing to rush in a replacement unit to the USJ exchange.

Mine is also down (crawling speed) since one week ago. Only managed to get through to the "helpline" on Saturday. Still waiting for action.
