I hope their PR department knows what they are doing.
You may have confidence in your products, but we, the "consumers" dun actually have right now.
Instead of playing "self-confidence", why don't you just do what is necessary to be done. Playing "stylo" at this moment can cause cease-fire. And you know it will certainly hurt ... a lot!
WE certainly understand that there ain't anything proof of your products causing fungal infections, but as an international recognised company, you certainly wanted to protray a good image as a concern and understanding role at this crucial moment. Damn. If they are so "hard neck", why don't we just ask them to pack off and sell their product in US? We are not "rubbish dump." Seeing the 2 "nicely" sitting bottles on my shelf pissed me off somemore! I want my refund back!!!
