Cheaper diesel?

It's said that, effective midnight tonight, diesel price will drop by 0.007 sen to RM1.581 per litre. What gives? Who benefit most?

Bio diesel?

I dont get it. Even with bio diesel , they are still wanting to charge diesel price at a market rate, same as the regular diesel in the market. I know its a bit off topic. But I really dont get what is the direction of the country, the economy and all. People seems to be bearing higher cost of living.
