yes, everyone is sitting on the merry-go-round and spinning and run amok.

Pak Lah said he will engage consultancy from Harvard Univesity to help to reduce bureuacary in Malaysia while he is retaining some deadwood in cabinet and expanding the headcounts

Why engage Havard , is its name some more sophisticated or we are not confident to do it oursleves.

By the way , where can we download the whitepaper and buleprint of 9th Malaysia Plan ?
